The capital of the island is Plaka and the main port is Adamas. Most famous beaches of Milos island include Sarakiniko, Agia Kiriaki, Firiplaka, Papafragas, Provatas and Tsigrado. Tour boats leave from Adamas and make the round of the island. A particularly impressive site is Kleftiko on the southern side of Milos, a spot with amazing rocks in the middle of the sea.
